Why on god's green earth would you level in the dunes?
I know a bunch of the people in my linkshell helped contribute to sandy taking Gustaberg. I have no idea who contributed the majority of the gear or who master-minded the whole thing though.

I got told (by a 75 war) that I'd have to pt in the dunes to learn what being tanking with a PLD is....even though at my current lvl (14) it's no different than tanking on WAR at the same level. (My WAR is at 37, btw)
That, and at least partying is a bit more fun when you can converse with other people rather than find the next mob to beat on.
