I have been looking forward to the Lunar remake on PSP for months. Checked my email, got a newsletter thing from Gamestop that reminded me it was out... and Amazon got my money. Haha :)

Today has been one of those Monday's that serve as a bitter reminder that my friend that stacks broccoli at the grocery store makes more an hour than I do and also has better health insurance, on top of the fact that the biggest issue he faces each day is when someone pulls a piece from the bottom and he has to restack. I haven't yet. I'm trying to think of where Garuda is to me. I don't know if that makes sense, but I want to find the place to me that is the embodiment of garuda. I guess that makes for a good question, what zone is Garuda to you? I am halfway between lower delkuftts, or Bastok markets.
Where is Garuda to me is a very good question. I am planning an event that has nothing really do to with the merge except I want to do it in Garuda not Lakshmi. It has been hard to pick the place the means the most to me.
Of course with an event it has to be somewhere everyone can get too which does limit it a lot.
The places i like best are, the purple blooming flower place in waters, the puffball flower bench area in La Theine, the rolling flats with the pretty blooms in Konstat, and the area in glacier with the blue flowers and the dark elements up on a narrow ridge.
I know these are on all the worlds but they wont be the same anywhere else for me.

What if we got everyone to come to the cloister of gails, and have everyone be smn or /smn and summon Garuda?
When the server is merged with Lakshmi, I would like to see the new shells of Lakshmi section so the Lakshmians could find the other shells they could join for Limbus or Dynamis, or if people from Garuda want to do Limbus or Dynamis with our existing communities.
And with my endgame shell, we may not give out cookies, but we do give sardines if you pass your trial as a new promotion.

As a small whippersnapper I remember how exciting it was to be in my first party and be a part of something bigger than just my little solo'ing self. It was at a place that sounded so scary since it seemed so far away from San D'Oria. Entering the zone seeing all those goblins running around ready to topple me was terrifying. The landscape didn't look accomidating when I entered the zone either. With a little help from a few more experienced adventurers that I haven't seen on the game for years now I got to my first party camp. It wasn't easy though as I was running many yalms farther away from those goblins then I really needed to. When I got to the party camp I remember the excitement I felt because in a few moments we were gonna test our mettle against some new fierce creatures "together" and was the main point was that we were together.
Then I remember shifting my point of view to the South and seeing a beautiful blue sea with a orangish pinkish sky as the Sun was setting. I remember thinking to myself that this was the best game I've ever played and immediatly it found a place in my heart. I'd only been playing it for a couple weeks. Now we are about to embark to a new world called Lakshmi. Yes, it may look exactly the same as Garuda, but it isn't Garuda. It isn't the place where my player transformed from a unaccomplised Elvaan Warrior to now a aspiring endgame Ranger. That being said, if there is going to be a place where all of us get together to watch the sun set on this wonderful world we call Garuda I think it should be at the place where our small dreams for this game started. This place is none other than Valkurm Dunes. I don't know if this will be a popular choice by many or any of my fellow Garudians, but I just would like to put it in writing how I feel about this place in the hopes that we could all gather together by the beautiful Turqoise Sea and say goodbye to this world which we have so loved. Take care and see you on Lakshmi.
