Congrats to you as well Richy, yeah I was going to knock out the cutscenes as soon as I log on today and then try to meet up with you and Leeloo to take out the three NM's we need to fight. Damn Ultima was scared of me though as soon as I hit Hundred Fist he knew he was in trouble if he didn't kill me so it turned and did wire cutter and killed me.

Morning everyone :) Actually had a pretty productive night. Did 5 runs of MMM, four bosses and one random destroy all mobs one. Crafted then saw a shout for an assault I still needed to complete. I'm glad most of my pick up runs for assaults and nyzul we end up winning. I've heard tons of stories about bad runs.

Hey hope everyone had a good evening. Mine was a very good evening, after a long time of trying to get CoP missions done along with a lot of groups that fell through and left me sitting out Richybear, Leeloo, and myself finally beat CoP just need to do the last couple of cutscenes. Thanks to all members of MostlyHarmless for helping us get through these missions.

I wasn't sure if we were gonna stop after the 8-3 Pots fight, but Promathia is right there and doesn't take long at all. What a gorgeous battleground too!

I finished Divine Might soooo long ago and have been rocking my Abyssal Earring for years. Might get the MND+2 one for my RDM I guess.
Was a pretty lengthy experience finally wrapping up CoP. I did Promy's the first weekend they were out, and got left behind in many statics along the way to joining up with Orn. I think it made it all the more special finally knocking out Promathia. =)

Hey, I spent all the time I was actually logged on doing the finishing cutscenes for CoP and got my raja's ring.

Morning everyone. Wasn't on much last week because I've been playing Uncharted 2. Such an amazing game :) Just beat it last night. Has to be one of my favorite games of all times. Did a quick MMM run afterwards, and now I only need ~80 more marbles to get my Lost and Found runic.

Logged on last night to do a quick MMM run, and found my character naked and in jeuno. I was hacked :\ Hopefully they can roll back my character quick.

Had a productive night last night :) Logged on and people were doing the last fight for ACP, so I climbed the tower to get all my key items again. Was pretty easy doing this solo, I only died once because of magic aggro and I was on the steps :( Won the fight pretty easily and got my royal redingote ^^ Did a MMM solo run and got 220 marbles. Think that's the most I have ever got. I forget how many CC points I had to get that.

Worst Thanksgiving ever, I reinjured my eye got a 4mm by2.5mm tear to my cornea. Doctors said it could have been from a lot of things either rubbing at it a couple weeks ago when I had pink eye, the heat in the kitchen drying out my eye or just a random spontaneous injury I will have to possibly deal with happening again in the future. Hope everyone's Thanksgiving was better then mine, no game for me for a while going to have trouble with light sensitivity and in too much pain to focus on anything even if I could handle the light.

Just the norm here, getting the unit ready for another deployment but it looks like I won't be going now. After 13 years it looks like I am about to find a new career. 2010 will be a whole new year for me!

Is there no life left in FFXI anymore? I know it isn't what it use to be but is it as bad as it seems?

Yeah Alliam, like Astrojack said the game itself is still going well just the forums haven't been keeping people around as much. We have lost way too many regular posters and at times when I post it seems like I am talking to myself.

LOL Astro, I think people might try to get me one of those nice white jackets that buckle in the back and a padded room if I talk to myself too much.

Had a pretty good weekend. Was busy going out and doing stuff around my place, and played a lot of ps3. Beat tomb raider underworld. Was a good game, just so glitchy :( Will be playing resident evil 5 and still need to play god of war 1 & 2. Just have so many games to catch up on.

Last night ate out, then did einherjar.

The history of the <3 thread is pretty epic to say the least. It all started out with some bunnies on a cross server trip looking for love and it has gone through about 4-5 threads after being locked due to either size or spam but over all if I think hard about it, there are over 500 pages of <3 thread I think. All in all, pretty impressive if I must say so myself!

Hope everyone is doing well, I am currently making a small comeback to FFXI in my free time. The soon-to-be wife and I have been so busy getting wedding venues taken care of and then with the Marine Corps and all I have just been really busy. Now though I am getting out of the Marines after 13 years of service and I am looking at going to school to start on a degree in Aviation Maintenance Management.

So I have been a little more active lately and I pushed my SCH to 37 finally making the total number of 37's at 4 (small I know but for me, I am pleased!). I am now starting to lvl my THF which is currently at 17. Depending on how smoothly he goes I may or may not take him past 37. I think in making all these trips from 1 to 37, I am searching for a new job that keeps me interested enough to continue the "grind". WHM and SMN were a blast for me and I loved the climb, that feeling is what I am looking for again.

Anyway, who knows what will happen. I will add though that JeJ can kiss my rear with his never showing attitude, haha. I camped him for 4 hours straight as /rng and he never showed up on widescan. Wiki says around 50 min or so but I can tell you, that is a "little" off...

In outside of game news I am really starting to hate snow, been shoveling snow since Saturday with no end in sight yet.

Hey :) Long time no chat. I'm also sick of snow. Since last friday we have got close to 30 inches of snow. Spring needs to hurry up.

Mog bonanza I got a rank 4 and 5, and picked up a Vilma's ring. Haven't been playing ffxi, still undecided if I'm quitting or just taking a break. Just hate the thought of putting all this time back into the game. Sure I'll get into it again since I'm single after 2 years :)

Last night I joined in with a few Ls friends to do a few NI runs (floors 75-80) and I must say I had a blast! It's been a while since I have gotten out and done something on my whm since it's been sitting at 75 for a few years so needless to say I had to knock some dust off of my Nobles before we set out.

I also tried for the first time, to go in as whm/sch and was disappointed at a couple things but I think it is because I haven't really explored it very much. I have always been a /smn fan because of the auto-refresh and the increased mana pool. I think I need to just play a bit more before I make up my mind though.

Anyway, the night did not go without it's rewards though. On the first run I walked away with a new body piece! I received a Goliard Saio from our floor 80 NM Khimaira!

Grats on the drop :) Nice to see nyzul putting out. I finally started playing again after about a 3 month break. No idea how much i'm willing to play, since it's been nice being free at nights to do anything w/o being tied to ffxi. I plan to finish wotg missions and do some eventing when I have nothing else going on at home. But i'm sure it will turn into playing every night again before i know it lol

Sure I'll be missing from action for awhile since FF13 comes out tomorrow :)
