I've been playing this game for about 3 months now, and recently (this last week or so) have felt my job levels have remained stagnant. No matter what I try to do, they just sit there.

I know there's others out there that have felt this way. I'm just curious as to how you've approached the problem, and how you came out of it. (Start a craft, get help, etc etc...)

If i cant find a pt i usually resort to crafting, i know it sucks at low lvls, but it'll be very beneficial once you start getting into 60+. Also, if i cant find a pt,i'll take a break from my main and go work on lvling an advanced job. Or i'll just do some quests or work on rank missions. The FF world is too broad for there to be nothing to do if you cant find a pt. Explore.

Dom!!

I know how you feel. I mean look at me, I'm holding 30 days of playtime and I don't have a job level over 31 xD

I'd say pick up a craft or something. It's pretty fun overall, so long as you have patience. And yes I know Gusgen is terrible these days so mining kinda sucks :/

I'm always up for doing a quest/mission so long as it's suitable for my current bard level, cause I don't have any equip >>

But look on the bright side, soon as I get to 40 we can take on BCNM 40 and get revenge for what those mandys did to you!

Wuv.

Awww Domi.

Instant boredom cure = partying with da chicki!

Seriously... I took a little break from BLM (about 1.5 months... ack!) to wait for some friends to catch up to my level. Durring that time I leveled a new job, did tons of quests and fished, fished, fished.

Some people enjoy hunting NMs while others enjy crafting.

Find what you like and take it from there. ^^

/em hugs Domi. Wuv!

Usually if I'm in a leveling slump, I'll work on my goal of getting all my jobs to at least level 10. This is a pretty modest goal in my opinion, and it'll make you about 20k a job off beehive chips and crystals, so it also helps pay da bills. ~.^ Only job I have sitting at level 1 now is DRK, as I've seen too many crappy DRKs to become one myself. >.>

Don't know where you are, but you could unlock BST and level that in the meantime.

You can solo that for a good long while & enjoy the many side benefits of getting all the drops for yourself. One of our Linkshell members liked it so much, he's making it his main.

Nice. Since I posted this, I managed to get three more levels on my THF... I'm debating BST/THF combo for farming (as risque as that may sound, something tells me I'm gonna get a lot of flak for that combo).

Didn't know fruit seeds were dropping like that, gonna have to check it out.

And last but not least, sending out WUV to my fellow CHLS members, particularly Eilae and the ever lovely Gamechick, who deigned in replying to my humble post.

I'm always around :D
