Ok. So the bug I've been debugging (seriously, like "try this, now try this, can you send us the output of this..." 80 times, with a dev team on another continent, so fun!) that's been the last holdup for stuff that's been held up for like a month finally got found and fixed. Which would be like a "hurrah!" moment normally, in actually means that the log jam that's been waiting for this fix is now free, which means even more freaking work. So seriously don't have time for the more "interesting" topics (despite them being quite interesting right about now).
So... Without further ado, I present a thread to talk about whatever random stuff you find interesting, or saw, or experienced, or whatever that you think was cool, or tickled a funny bone or whatever.
In my case, it was a sign I saw while driving to my mom's house (cause those nettles on her roof apparently wont rake themselves or something). It reminded me of how regional certain things are, and I immediately thought of all those poor suckers on Alla's who just have to suffer in mediocrity or something. I didn't take a picture or anything, so you'll just have to imagine the stereotypical hand written cardboard sign stuck to a post on the side of the road, with the following written on it:
Avocados
25 for $5
Yeah. Suck it. Do the math. My guacamole will be especially delicious today! ;)
