The FBI investigation into Clinton's email server isn't over yet and they still have notably to interview Clinton herself but sources within the FBI say that it's winding down and so far hasn't found evidence that Clinton willingly allowed any information to be compromised. So it's sounding like no indictment.

That's only because your law enforcement agencies are impotent.

Too be fair, you're getting your information from Gbaji. There have been a number of posts via Fox News and Yahoo where ranking FBI members/sources hint that there's something "BIG" coming and that Hillary shouldn't laugh at the concept of being arrested.

Aww yiss! The whole country gunna Feel that Bern soon!
Funny how you conveniently disappeared last week. Ironically, his chances of winning went down after winning Indiana.

SEC. Clinton won 9 out of the last contests in 2008. It's over. It's embarrassing that she (and the political world) has already pivoted to the general election and he's still out there talking about a slim path forward.

Really no one relies on the traditional law enforcement agencies any more, that's what the secret police are for.

I'm trying to catch up on the stats, but without doing any of the leg work because it's Friday and I'm winding down, so can anyone confirm whether or not Bernie needs 102% of the remaining delegates to pull off the upset victory we're all so certain he's capable of? I heard it in passing this morning on the radio, I think, and I'm not sure if I did hear it and whether or not it was accurate.

I'm going to take a wild guess that that is not true, otherwise, someone would've posted about it by now.

Can people still hold onto the false hope that super-delegates will magically change their minds at the last minute and all vote Bernie?

According to the calendar on the NYT website, there's 1,114 delegates remaining. Sanders has 1,411 (not inc. superdelegates) and needs 2,383 to clinch the nomination. So winning all the remaining delegates would put him at 142 more than he needs.

However, the NYT numbers include supers. For instance, they have 546 in CA which is actually 476 pledged and 73 unpledged per Green Papers (which says they have 548 delegates... how do we get anything done in the country?). I'm too lazy to do the math of subtracting each state's unpledged delegates but I'm guessing it's more that 142 total meaning that Sanders mathematically can't get enough pledged delegates to win. Clinton, with 1,701 pledged delegates probably could if she won them all but she won't either. Neither finding is especially meaningful since the system has superdelegates whose vote is just as valid as those of pledged delegates and you're supposed to be winning their support. Saying otherwise is like losing at chess and saying your opponent didn't legitimately win because he used his queen and you think that queens are cheap.

So, who will win the DNC Guam caucus?

I have no idea, but Googling right now I learned that Guam is friggin' hell.
Quote:
Mike Pulte says that boonie dogs couldn't have become so ugly by chance. It had to have been the result of a deliberate breeding program. Someone out there was selecting for ugly.
You can't get much uglier than a dog with no hair and teats longer than its legs. When they trot, the teats swing up and smack them on the sides with every step.
They are full of mange on the outside and hookworms on the inside. If you prick a boonie dog with a pin, it explodes in a shower of what looks like white noodles and gray dust: worms and their eggs. That's all they have inside. They certainly don't have any food inside.
Generally speaking, Guam would be better off without boonie dogs. They do serve one useful purpose, however: they are useful in turning up murder victims. Every once in awhile, someone finds a boonie dog gnawing on a human body part by the side of the back road to Andersen.
[...]
There are also those really tiny brown ants that chew their way into boxes of cold cereal. If your cold cereal contains fruit or marshmallows, these ants will get into the cereal before you even open the box. You pour the cereal into the bowl and add the milk. Then the ants start to float to the top. At first, you think that there are only two or three, so you pick them out and start to eat. After you take a spoonful, a few more float to the top. You pick them out and eat another spoonful. A few more float to the top. You start to worry about just how much insect matter you are consuming with this meal. After awhile, you realize that you might have a whole colony in there, and it just becomes more nerve-wracking than it is worth. Thank goodness for Tupperware. These ants also like to eat soup mix, especially the Chinese kind that comes in a Styrofoam bowl and you just add water. The little ants chew through the Styrofoam, leaving tiny holes in your bowl. If you don't happen to notice this, and you go ahead and add the water, you will end up with a flavored hot water sprinkler system.
And then there are the roving colonies. They are small colonies of ants with no permanent home. You never know where they will turn up. You might pick up a napkin that has been sitting on your table, and surprise! There they are! Queen, eggs, pupae, workers, soldiers and all. Everybody grabs the babies and starts running. They go in all directions and disappear while you stand there freaking out. Later, when the fuss has died down, they reassemble somewhere else. Like in your shoe.

Guam can keep its delegates.

I'm really curious on Puerto Rico. Clinton has been winning the Hispanic vote, but losing the caucuses.

The all-important West Virginia primary today over a whopping 29 delegates, polling shows Sanders ahead. Trump was also polling ahead, but apparently only liberals vote at all. Watching some of the backpeddling about The Don has been amusing at least.

One third of the Sanders voters said that they would choose Trump in a general election between Trump and SANDERS. Yet, people complain about closed primaries.

Conversely, Clinton won the Nebraska Primary after losing the Nebraska Caucus. Yet, the Sanders supporters are silent about that.

Yes, it is dumb, but the point was that caucuses suppress the vote more than primaries. When it was a primary, the turnout was dramatically higher and they voted for Clinton.

Caucuses are bad, by they are by no means the most egregious form of political vote rigging.

I don't consider caucuses to be vote rigging but they are a poor method of doing things.

Having both a caucus and a primary though is stupid-dumb and those states should feel bad about it.

Probably not, but caucuses are worse than closed primaries or super delegates. Yet Sanders supporters tend to only complain about the last two practices.

Short list of general badness, in roughly this order.
First past the post
Single party axis
Geographic districting for national elections
Gerrymandering
Access purchase
Caucuses

Gerrymandering is much worse than requiring someone to register 6 months prior to an election (NY), but the latter has an immediate effect. Those types of effects have been what most people have been complaining about. These include, limited voting places, voter IDs and closed primaries. Out of that list, caucuses are worse than all of them, yet they are neglected. Reason? The people who are doing the complaining are Sanders Supporters and caucuses benefit Sen. Sanders.
