Apparently El Niño is causing some pretty crazy heat waves on the East Coast, temperature records being broken across the board, many by large margins. Today it was 60 degrees here in Northern Michigan.

Big storms around here today followed by weather that almost qualified as muggy. I wouldn't be surprised if it was in the 60s at some point.

It's been 50+ and raining most of the day here. Tomorrow...70!

And my dream of kayaking on Christmas (Eve) have been dashed by work.

We've had nice weather temperature wise, but after a late start it's been snowing with a vengeance.

Rain! Glorious rain. If it keeps this up for another six months we might just be drought free.

73 in Poughkeepsie today, and I did get to go in the water after all. I guess this is what it's like in places with no weather, like San Diego.

65 and sunny in Western Pennsylvania. I had to work until three today, and when headed out for the day, I had my windows down and my sunglasses on. Weirdest Chrismas Eve ever.

They said there'd be snow at Christmas
They said there'd be peace on Earth
But instead it just kept on raining;
A veil of tears for the virgin birth
