I'm worrying about friends and don't know what else to say until they respond to my messages...so, I guess that's it.

Is it one of those "don't do it" moments, or are we flirting?

You mean other than it being directly responsible for tonight's events?

How are they directly responsible? I am serious. France made its own bed.

More amusingly, is this a cry for US to be the policeman of the world?

We were the ones that beat the War Drums, sent in the soldiers and destroyed their land, leaving only chaos to fill the void that we created.

We did it in every country that we gone to war in, since Korea. After WWII we spent the money to rebuild the countries we had been at War with, so not to create another Hitler. That was a lesson we learn after WWI.

We created the Taliban, Al Qaeda and The Islam State. I refuse to call them ISIS, as that is the name of a goddess that I worship.

Oh? Cute.

And in response they are attacking France instead of US (us)? Phew, I guess we can continue doing this then since they can't seem to be able to figure out that it was our war drums all along.

Thank God we have France as our scapegoat.

A friend pointed out today that Facebook has a... status, I guess... for "I'm okay" in the wake of disaster and terrorism. What kind of a world do we live in, that something like that is actually useful?

Hope you hear from your friends soon, Nexa. And I really, really hope Ann Coulter walks into an open manhole. Or under a falling safe, maybe.

I don't even know which part of what you just said is more incredibly ******* stupid. Probably the part where you seem to be implying that those people in France deserved it. Let's go with that.

I am not really sure why you have your panties up in a bunch. You do realize what has been happening in past five years or so? You kick a hornet nest, you are bound to get stung. It is not rocket science.

Just like it does not take Nostradamus to see that Germany is likely to have the same issues.

Edit. Are you twelve or something?

Are you? It's like you're completely unaware of anything you're saying somehow. You're rambling now about some ******** that has been happening for five years (oh what, did they make another Muhammad cartoon?) and think whatever it is somehow excuses your complete ignorance and lack of respect. I shouldn't have to explain to you the obvious effects "our"(because we're all Americans here on the internet hurhuhrhrhrurhurhur) wanton violence in the middle east has had on terror groups. Even a hapless clown like you can see that.

The US isn't directly responsible for the attacks in Paris, the people that orchestrated them are.

The US has destabilised the region and provoked IS, but so has France. The French government's foreign policy vis a vis IS is more bellicose than anyone else's, with the possible exceptions of the USA and Russia. Paris also has a large Muslim population and existing racial and cultural tensions for IS to exploit. This is probably why it was targeted.

Pro-bombing countries, France especially, are going to double down in response.

Let me break down how little sense you make...

Putting your two thoughts (I shudder to use that word in relation to what you post, but it will have to suffice) together, you said:

Do you know what we do to people who ask questions? Usually, find answers.
