Which is kinda my point.. we can't procreate for a good few years after birth and even then we barely produce enough units ( seemingly as a replacement value ) in US. We should be able to learn basic things we 'ought not do'. We aren't rats; we can't have 600k+ descendants within a year ( thank you Altana ).
Also, rats learn faster, it seems like.
