Is it dreadful?

Mine is!

I'm currently lingering in the space between two useless, but oh so grandiose meetings today. I had to bite my tongue multiple times in the first meeting. But still I managed to let one sarcastic comment slip out - oops. The next will be worse.

Calgon, take me away.............

I'm eating a doughnut while I work up the courage to check if the instrument I was using over the weekend exploded.

Why would it explode?

Anyway, good to get the donut experience out of the way before the reveal.

I had forgotten that one of my cousins and her family were stopping by Sunday afternoon. My mom mentioned it like a month ago and it just slipped my mind. I hadn't seen any of these apparently since my sister's wedding over ten years ago. So their kids were mostly grown (16 year old son, 14 year old girl, 10 year old girl that I didn't even know existed) and they spent the whole time playing badminton with Thom. It was a pretty good time seeing them all.

Vacuum pumps. Some of them have been known to shred the instruments pretty good if they go.
