After yesterday, I can say it's fully operational. The patch and server fix worked really well after they made a minor tweak. The only issue is that they are locking/unlocking servers for character creation to try to fill servers as evenly as possible. Logged in the last two nights during prime time on a full server without so much as a hiccup.

Pretty much this. This time last week I just couldn't log in until after midnight, the server was jammed. The last three days I've been able to log in first try anytime that I've tried. It's a bit annoying that it took them almost two weeks to get things sorted, but it seems that they at least got the job done on the first try.

My fiancee and I are adrift on Phoenix. I hope they will offer free transfers, but word is that we have to pay. In that case, we can just stay put.
