It's probably mainly though Shawarma these days. I imagine hot dogs just don't contain enough offal to satisfy the average Limey. "No blood or kidneys? I mean, sure, the intestine wrapping is appealing, but it's just ground up meat inside? Nah, I'll have Stargazy Pie, thanks."
