I feel like I remember seeing an application fee in the 24-34 euro range. Could be wrong, though.
I think a small processing fee is probably a good idea. Keep the trolls out and get only the people are all like "Mars! **** yeah!"
Trolls would make it more interesting, but the good ones. Not contrarians.
