Get them removed - it's a cosmetic and a preventative health benefit. I just started seeing a dermatologist for full-body mole checks / removal / biopsy, it's totally great.
Yeah, my daughter has had two removed now. The first one she was just a little kid - 2 o 3. It was a big mole just above her eye. She'd scratch it while sleeping - until it bled. Moles bleed a lot. All the blood freaked me out one night, and we brought her to the emergency room. The doctor cut it out right there.
The second was just a couple years ago as she was going off our insurance - she didn't like it. It was kinda on her jawbone and growing.
Both removals were covered by insurance.
