B. if said PM was objectionable enough, and on top of previous viloations of said ISP's terms of service that the individual had been warned of repeatedly, then its time to escalate things. If someone wants to be a repeat forum annoyance, they should at least learn how to either user a basic socks6 proxy, or post from the chicago public library system which apperently doesn't give a sh*t about such things (which is where the majority of godraiden posts came from). I have no problem contacting ISP's when required for the more objectionable spammers and the like. Never have. though its not done often. This was a special case.
