No shock, that is a pretty stock statement for your pretend personality type.

Not at all. Varus said the same thing all the time.

Or malpractice lawsuits. Don't let those pesky details get in your way though. Smiley: smile

You have no idea what you're talking about as usual.

Couple of quick points hospitals are cutting back or just flat out shutting down because of obama on the horizon. I suppose asking you to look at what business owners like the owner of the cheese factory has to say about it.

Not to mention the increased cost of health insurance caused by obamacare.

What we haven't seen yet are business owners total response to it.

I can tell you don't work at a hospital... Smiley: rolleyes

We're actually pretty excited about it on a whole, and see it as a win. Getting more people onto insurance is good for our bottom line. Besides no one really likes shaking down someone for money after they've narrowly survived an accident or something.

It would.

My money's on "too damn poor to buy the 8-track tapes."

Not the first bet he's lost by a large margin in the last few months, I'm sure.

Same here, you don't see me bragging about it as though it's some sort of achievement.

Flea worked at a hospital. Then she got laid off (with a bunch of other people) a couple years ago because the hospital was hemorrhaging money on unpaid bills and frivolous "emergency" care for uninsured patients.

I blame Obamacare, myself.

No I hear people like you try to marginalize my view because some conservative politician may have said something similar once.
Similar being "word for word." Also, I see you learned a new word today. Congratulations, at least Fox News is doing something positive in your life.

Definitely a big problem here too. We only recover a fraction of that money, and it can cost a lot to get back what we do.

Really for us the big problem going forward is the retirement system. We used to be largely publicly funded, and so had the state employee retirement plan. Now doctors and such are pretty well paid, and funding their elder years is looking to be pretty expensive. The cost per employee for the employer's share of the contribution is expected to double over a 10 year span (we're about 4 years into this), so they're trying to find ways to keep this from eating to heavily into their budgets.

No good solutions there. Smiley: frown

I have cable because it reduces the volume of the little ones. Also because it's only like $10 more a month than not having it. Stupid bundle. Smiley: bah

Yes even football. Don't suppose you've ever heard of a sports bar.
Is tv watching less time wasting when done at a bar?
