Not really. Its still illegal by federal law. Its definitely good progress though. Baby steps.

I watched an article last month on 60 Minutes (yes, that makes me sound/feel old) in which those interviewed, in relation to the federal government prosecuting citizens, basically said 'we don't care - we aren't wasting time on it'.
