Also, I realize that the phrase "marijuana cigarettes" makes me sound like someone out of Dragnet but I can't imagine anyone will be buying a commercially produced pack of joints with little twisty tips and and all that.
I've seen the ones the government actually produces (there is a man in Iowa who was grandfathered in to a government program a couple decades ago, and Uncle Sam sends him 300 marijuana cigarettes a month for medication) and they're machine rolled. So basically like manufactured cigarettes without the filter. The twisted ends are a product of hand-rolling.
The fact of the matter is, if marijuana becomes legal, the means of consumption expand. People who have access to medicinal marijuana rarely just smoke it - they eat it, they drink it, and I've also seen they have a mouth spray that just coats your cheeks with THC so it's insta-absorbed there. I'd love to have a little THC bakery and make cookies and brownies and **** so old ladies and children can enjoy the benefits of THC like everyone else.
(I say that sort of facetiously, but I once saw on TV a little boy who had autism whose mother fed him a little bit of a THC cookie in the morning for his "medicine", and he was a completely different and manageable child who could function in a classroom with a teacher and other children. If this is the case, it should be an option.)
