I was being facetious gbaji. Joph made no mention to the fact that this quote was attributed to a "R" - you did. In fact you imply that one has to cherry pick quotes to find those specifically spoken by a "R".
That quote, what it says, is not really inclusive or exclusive of a political party. It's a stupid statement. You're stupid to point out that the stupid quote is from a member of your political party.
