Regardless, I am sitting around 405-410 right now depending on when and what I am wearing when I weigh myself. I feel **** amazing though. Since this time around I am not smoking, every day I feel better and better. I want to start running but I am going to wait since I don't want to risk injury with how much I weigh versus what my knees and joints can handle. I am still biking 50 minutes a day and am now keeping my heart BPM closer to the top end 80% my entire workout. I will stick with the low impact aerobic exercise for now.
