Focus on the one frame as the two legs cross each other legs cross the body (it's the cat, not the dancer). Once you identify that frame you can make the image rotate either direction and even 'bounce' back and forth between the two directions.
I find the best way is to blink my eyes rapidly to cause a strobe effect, until the timing of the strobe is just right to make the rotation flip.
