By the way, for anyone on the fence about exercise, do it. I used to hate exercising when I was a smoker, even when I was my fittest around 230lbs. Now that I've been clean for a year, I am absolutely loving cardio exercise. It's a hassle biking forty minutes every day, but if you can clear a bit from your schedule at least a few times a week, it makes such a huge difference in how you feel. I'm not going to turn all Richard Simmonsy on you, but yeah, it's kind of like that. I get off the bike after my forty minutes and within a half hour, I want to get back on and have another go.

it they say about diet and exercise is true. Just wish I'd listened sooner.
Also, I plan to get to a manageable weight in the next two years where I can bike across the US (coast-to-coast) if any of you douchebags want to let former, almost felon crash on your couch.
