Cabbage or green pepper. Mom usally goes cabbage and stuffed peppers are just called "stuffed peppers".

I can tell you never had a runza before Kaolian. That stuff is good. Essentially hamburger, onion, and cabbage wrapped in a doughy goodness.
Here is a link to a recipie of it. Not sure how good that recipie is but it has plenty of room for changing the flavor however you like.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. A few years ago, I didn't realize that I qualified for the earned income credit. I got a letter back from the IRS regarding this, filled out a small form, and they sent me an additional check for about $500. (May not sound like much to you, but when you bring home$1100 in a good month, that is a windfall)
Well, I didn't fight the IRS, but I did file early, knowing that I was missing a tax document. I planned to just file an amended return, and I knew I wouldn't owe taxes, but would instead get more back. Turns out I was right. I'm expecting $922 in the next few weeks.

The primary difference being that you filed and made plans to amend your returns. If they hadn't confiscated Gbaji's account two years later, he would have happily spent the rest of his days ignoring it. Rather than get an extension or file an amendment, he looked at the papers, said "Math is hard, let's go shopping!" And that was the end of it for him. Unless he's saying two years wasn't enough time to get to an H&R Block.

So he didn't file when he was supposed to and the IRS rightly started taking his funds. And he got back the excess. I've seen clients finagle their financials and returns where they ended up paying just 5% on income that reaches into the millions. Gbaji eventually did what he was supposed to do. It took him awhile but he did it.
Now for what is a $97K windfall, I would put at least a third of it in investments and savings before spending the remaining portion in this order: paying of debt, making improvements to the home, and a nice trip somewhere, preferably where there are fruity drinks with fruitier guys to gaze upon.
