My parents went off to Tunisia this morning for a holiday. I'm sure the old man has had worse father's days.

Happy Daddy's day to all of you guys.

Oddly shaped pancakes and a hug.

Manly tears were shed.

Mine was going ok, but then my show off wife upstaged me by giving birth to our son about 3 hours ago.

Your mother's a whore. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. @#%^ off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Join the ranks. That's what happened to Sick three years ago when Soren was born. Congrats!

Congratulations on L'il Smash!

I went out for breakfast, relaxed around the house, took a nap, assembled a play structure for the wee one and started Fallout 3. The structure wasn't any great hurdle; the thing had eleven pieces and ten screws.

Mine was spent in a mostly catatonic state as our 1 year old doesn't understand that just because its light at 4:30am doesn't mean it's time to get up yet... Smiley: lol

Awake at 2:30 am, 3:30 am, 4:00 am, up and out of bed at 5:30 am, Fishing on Rice lake with my new rod by 7:30. Heading home empty handed and burnt by 11:30. Lots of bass, but bass season doesn't open until next weekend so back they went, was hoping for some yummy pickeral.

Back out to Newcastle marina by 1:30 to visit my mother at the sail boat, let the kids play at the park there, ended up taking her for her Mother's Day lunch/dinner/Linner?..

Home by 4:30, little PC time with blueberry muffins made fresh and hand delivered to my desk by my 5 year old daughter. Bed by 10:30, which is ridiculously early for me.

Now I have a nasty fishing line cut right where my pen sits on my index finger :(. All in all a good day though.
