Steam has Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer free this weekend, so I'm playing that. I suck, but it's still fun. It would be nice if the matches were balanced a little better. I'm getting tired of playing against level 70+ with a bunch of people still in the single digits on my team.

Its a scorcher between the hypest ARPGs atm.

Diablo 3 could be then game that pays for itself if a friend of mine and I really lay into it with grinding and the RMAH

Tera's combat action is decent fun,

And GW2 is everything the original was, +1

Between the three, my summer is *******

D3 interests me, as does GW2. I'm still having a blast in SWTOR, though. I've got a backlog of games on Steam to play. I'll end up playing one for like 10-20 minutes, and then just go back to SWTOR.

I'm doing Rift at the moment, and really loving the flexibility of the class system. My cleric can tank, heal, and DPS all with minimal gear switching, making it much easier to get a spot in PUGs without waiting an eternity.

Also playing through the Baldur's Gate series for giggles.

Then Red Dead Redemption. Need to get all my games back after my olde xbox died. []

Go for the eyes, Boo! Looking forward to the re-make of Baldur's Gate.

Rift is a good game and I may hop back into it for a bit until GW2 is released and when I need a break from D3. What server are you all on in Rift?

The GW2 weekend beta has been a blast so far and not missing playing dwarves too much since Nords are pretty awesome. Tried a Charr Engineer today and it was pretty cool.

Amusingly, playing a Jedi, I get told "may the Force be with you" multiple times throughout my questing. Almost every time, I think "and also with you" in my head and run through the Sursum Corda, and I haven't been to church in about 10 years.

I always think "And also with you" but never went through the rest of that prayer. If I start doing that every time, I may have to hurt you.

Cool, I'm on Faeblight, too. I'm in the now fairly defunct Wyld Hunt guild. I think I remember Nad being on there when I used to play it. Oh, right, I remember her being on Defiant-side. You on Defiant side, too? Maybe I'll start up a character there.

My characters on Guardian side are:

Snorre - 39 Rogue Dwarf
Haemish - 27 Warrior Dwarf
Snorri - 9 Cleric Dwarf

Made Snorr, a Bahmi Warrior Pathfinder...

Got my Bahmi up to 6 and sent back in time. Pretty fun so far - I went Pathfinder - mohawk kitty is a cool pet.

If you want to add some fun fights to BG2, pick up the tactics and ascension mods.

only if you follow me back. Gotta keep my ratio reasonable.

As for the OP...

I recently started playing EQ2 - I'm really digging it... I bought an older CE from a few expansions back for 9.99 and it came with a month gold membership - I ended up buying a bunch of station cash for half price and locking in my sub for the next three months (and a unicorn, I totally needed that)

I'm curious about GW2 but am now fairly broke after traveling all over hells half acre to get to a funeral, so I won't be preordering. I've never played Diablo but some folks in the office are really excited about D3 so I am considering giving it a shot if only for the novelty of playing a video game with people from real life.

I want to love FF XI so much but SE keeps sucking so... I doubt I will sub this month.

Single player:

I would love it if Final Fantasy Type Zero came to NA some time soon (hopefully on PSP not Vita)... maybe there is some announcement about that but I haven't really looked for it. That said, last time I looked I couldn't find my PSP... which worries me because losing all my saves would tick me off... not to mention the ridic expensive memory card...

I've only played Civ 5 once since buying it so I could always do that

I am working through Final Fantasy 5 and loving every last grindy minute of it

And I am actually really enjoying pokemon heart gold. Yes, I am a dork.

Anyone played Tales of the Abyss for 3DS? Been considering picking it up (when my money magically replenishes itself)

No problem. I make a point of following people back if they're corporeal.

The other day I got bored, or nostalgic or something, and installed SimCity 3000 Unlimited. I forgot how hard this game can be. Thank god for cheat codes.

Original Sim City all the way. I even managed to find it online as abandonware so I didn't have to start out during the apocalypse.

This made me think. I got PanzerGeneral II as an abandonware DL about, oh, five years ago. When my computer ate itself and got replaced (two? years ago) I went to DL it again...and it was re-copyrighted and no longer available for free. WTH?

Stopped playing FFXI after 10 years. Last update burned me out having to get the uber tough limit break. Then they changed the payment plan so its a bit on the back burner for a while. Started World of Tanks last October. Currently Deputy Commander of a clan and have two tier 10 heavies. I still have rift and sometimes play it a bit.
