It's going, Earwig! I returned to playing EQ2 after a loooong break, which is why I find myself around these parts, I suppose.

But, mostly I am busy being super-mom. Mia is 7, Jack is 5 and Burton will be 2 on Sunday. They keep me hopping. How are you and Flea doing? Moving here soon? :)

Sup Tare? How 'bout those Canucks, eh? Looks like they gave themselves another chance to tragically disappoint after winning the President's Trophy.

I hope the Hawks and Canucks see each other again this year. Ye gods, those series are fun.

Since you're back, you also need to convince a certain irascible hairdresser to return as well. The new generation of Allafemmes is not nearly as much fun (mostly because they actually just gay dudes).

No, she was playing WoW when I cam e back. I rejoined my old guild on Guk and rolled out an assassin. It's been pretty fun, but now that the nice weather is here, I have less time for gaming and more time for gardening.

In related news, I just found a snake in my flower bed, shedding it's skin. F*ck, I hate living in the South.

Tare, I swear it's just your yard that gets snakes. They seem to congregate from the entire Triangle area into your yard. I've been here for over four years now and I've yet to see one. Just sayin'

When I was little and lived in TX, one of my favorite games was to place ever-bigger rocks over the snakehole in the yard to see how strong and big the snake was who managed to push it off every day. When my brother and I rolled a rock the size of my giant yellow Tonka over it and found it flipped to the side the next day, we figured we better not @#%^ with this thing any more.

I pretend he's making thriller claws, prepping for his dance number.

Oh, gosh. I saw a really interesting article about the neurology of optical illusions a while back. Let me see if I can find it - maybe it's still in my search history at work.
