I'm fairly certain my pale skinned, light-brown haired, blue eyed son is the spawn of satan himself (but then what does that make me?). He will intentionally do something bad, like walk up and bite, kick, or pinch you, then back up, put his hands on his hips, and go "Ha, ha, ha!".

Did I mention he's not even 3 yet?

That sounds like my cat. I have often referred to her as being the spawn of satan. I haven't figured out yet if that's her issue, or if she's just bipolar. A couple days ago she got so mad at me for picking her up so she couldn't go into a closet that she attacked my face. Luckily, I only got a couple puncture marks on my forehead, but damn...

$91 for 37 gallons? Isn't that like $2.50 a gallon or something?

Even if it's 27 gallons, it's still only like... $3.37 per gallon.

I filled up last week it was 3.99 per gallon. I heard this week it was 4.15 locally. I'm not sure since a full tank lasts me about two weeks.

The point being that who ever made the video was lazy and instead of getting real footage of current events, they just got some stock footage of a pump with an "OMG 91 dollars!" but didn't bother to check how much gas was being paid for.

Edit:
Is it just me, or is allakhazam responding really slow lately? I kept thinking it was maybe my connection, but it takes upwards of 10 seconds to load a page, and only on allakhazam.

Gas reached a record high of €1.84 per liter here last week. (That's $9.29 per gallon for you 'mericuns)

Yeah, anytime people complain about gas prices, I try to remember how bad Europeans have it. I mean sure, it sucks that gas is over $4 a gallon in my town, but it could be worse. Besides, I live so close to work, and I don't do much as far as driving, I can put $30 in my gas tank and it lasts the whole month. That is the one perk of living in a small town.

That's about all I fill up my car, too. Between public transit and most things being walking distance rarely need to actually drive anywhere.

Wow. I average about a thousand miles a week for my job, though all my mileage is reimbursed. Over 20k miles so far on the car I got last August.

Here people ***** about the price of gas (which is below the national average and hasnt even hit $4 in most places around town) to fill their completely unnecessary truck with a lift kit, but then they ***** when we expand the light rail system, which is actually fairly popular and has a vey high ridership per mile, and attempt to make transit an attractive option.

For me, a tank of gas will last around 2 weeks, which isn't too bad considering that I live in the 'burbs since I bike when it won't rain and take transit to school. The biking might extend into the rain once I get a cover since thieves arent as big a problem here as they are in New York. My main mode of security is the fact that most people employ cable locks.

This thread title is misleading.

I have not seen one compelling argument that in any way, shape, or form makes me think we should be nice to Gbaji.
