I have a computer to repair in the shop, which is overheating enough to bake something on it. Conveniantly, I've also been tasked with makeing my triple chocolate macadamia nut death by chocolate chocolate chip cookies of doom © for my sister, so that works out great! Got to visit the Nephew yesterday, they should be coming home from the hospital sometime today.

Tomorrow on Saturday i'm going to an airplane model show with my Dad, which should be fun. No plans yet for Sunday at this point.

I'm playing Mass Effect 3 all weekend, since my Spring Break started this week. :P

Well, I might be driving the hour and a half to my parents' house to help my sister get invites ready for her friends' bridal shower. We'll see.

Spring break here!

And good lord do I need it.

Going to a vineyard this weekend, and then playing PS3 games for the next 9 days straight.

Decided against KoA?

Not that I've played KoA and Skyrim is a good game. I just remembered you asking about it.

Yes, the twenty dollar price differential was the determining factor. What can I say, I'm a cheapskate.

Not much else going on. I'd like to find a spare hour or two to finish Journey, and then put together an editorial/review on it. Beautiful game so far.

It does look pretty and seems like it would be very relaxing. I love the look of the 'guy' that you are. To bad it's ps3.

Wow. Yum.

What's the recipe for honey gravy?

Mmhmm. And neither of ThatGameCompany's other games have made it off the PS3 (flOw, Flower). Here's to hoping that there's a way for other folk to play it.

It's also been wonderfully paced, in the hour or so that I've put in. I take a lot of moments to stop and stare, but once you set yourself to moving forward, things progress very quickly.

The sand looks amazing, and often has a sort of watery, shimmering effect to it. There's a scene early on where you're riding it like a wave, that totally blew me away. They know how to frame a shot, for sure.

It's from a Dutch site so I hope I translated it correctly (although I think I did).

Mix poultry stock with a tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, some fresh thyme and the baking fat. Boil down to a lightly bound gravy on high heat in 2-3 minutes.

Take pain medication, do my PT routines, attend BSFS and Balticon 46 meetings on Saturday, and finish up the new David Webber Honor Harrington book. Probably grocery shop on Sunday, watch a few of the documentaries I took out of the library.

I've got a level 50 Cleric (51 Shaman, 9 Iniquistor, 6 Justicar) with 300 in Mining, Armorsmith, and Artificer on Keenblade. Right now I'm waiting for the weekly timer to be up so I can get another pair of Master Craftsman's Marks to learn the recipe for the shoulder armor I want to make for myself.

The honey gravy was delicious, as was the rest of the meal. I ended up with no leftovers and people complaining about gained weight and talking about how they should just come by once a week (until I said that that'd be ok as long as they're paying for the food, booze and my hours).

Whenever my husband spends any appreciable amount of time creating a meal he always asks the consumers, after the first couple bites, "How much would you pay for this in a restaurant?". I always go high with my answer. Smiley: wink

Glad it was a success. I flavor up veggies all the time with honey or brown sugar, but don't think I've ever made a stock gravy for them.

EAT THEM.

Or, if you're having trouble with all the cookiness, send them to me and I'll help.
