I have a dream of winning the lottery and then just buying socks and underwear in bulk. Each morning I'll bust open a new set of socks & undies and each evening toss them in the trash. That new sock feeling every morning!
But the best part of winter is the underwear/socks fresh from the dryer feeling.

Try it sometime.

Nice sound. I'm sure others have mentioned the incredible similarity of your voice to James Taylor?

I'm reminded by no less than 10 people every time I play. :P

Relevant: My grandmother used to heat my grandfather's clothes in the oven during the winter. This practice stopped when my grandfather was unsure whether or not he needed to wear his nice get-up the next day, and the overpopulated oven incinerated two whole outfits.

I get to play chauffeur this weekend. Tomorrow I'm driving my mother to south Jersey to hand her off to my sister, who will have her all week so she can visit my other sister who is recovering from chemo in Richmond. Sunday I'm headed down to Westchester with my family, to drop my brother- in-law at his mother's and then show off then new baby to my wife's friends.

I have a conference to go to tomorrow. Otherwise, the weekend is open for whatever shenanigans I decide to initiate. (That sounds a heck of a lot better than the chores and errands I need to actually do.)

I'm fairly certain that the Underwriter's Association of Toronto already exists. I don't know why you'd think it's beginning on Monday, or what it has to do with how good your weekend will be.

Well, I work Saturday, so my weekend technically starts on Sunday. We'll be signing the lease to a new place and getting the keys. We have been allowed to start moving in on Monday, so that's what we'll be doing.

That, and job searching.... always job searching. It's fucking depressing, I tells ya.

Just got back from the Doctor's office(omg lolfreehealthcare* and still got in to see my Doctor the day I called), turns out it's not pneumonia, it's viral which means it just has to run it's course. Lucky me...

That game made me feel n00b. I only got into the first real mission and then jumped to Skyrim but it's definitely not a game that favors the guns blazin' approach unless you like seeing yourself die over and over.

Or I just suck which is completely possible.

I've found that it's much safer, if more tedious, to sneak around and incapacitate enemies using take-downs or stun guns.

Apparently my douchey beard is a magnet for bullets in addition to ridicule.

Editted for better funny.

Looks like Jonwin will let me may drive up to the camp ground by way of I95 tomorrow. It should be interesting, as last time I drove on an interstate was some 24 years ago and the car was a manual. I miss using a clutch and changing gears.

Just got back from a fantastic Indian meal and a few drinks. I planned on a few more drinks but, filling mah belleh has brought the Zzz's. More boozing, less food for tomorrow. Sunday will be Monday before I know it. A successful weekend for a lazy student!

This reminds me I have probably had the same T-shirt on for about 5 days. I should probably do some laundry. I am immune to my own stench, others are likely not.

I don't have any other plans. I owe my son a movie and he's on vacation this weekend so it would be a good time to go but we've not found a movie either of us are anxious to see. Anyone suggestions?

Dunno what kind of movies you all like, but I enjoyed both "The Artist" and "The Descendants". Haven't seen many other current releases.

Took Jr. to a one-act play in preparation for his starring role in Willie Wonka (Charlie) in a couple of months, then to dinner. This weekend, taxes and hopefully getting a decent haircut for the baby without someone lopping off an ear or him learning to say f**k.

You would think this wouldn't be much of a problem, but I can ensure you from personal experiance that it is indeed possible for an idiot hairstylist to at very least cut a chunk out of the edge of ones right ear when one was only 4 years old somehow, leaving a notch in said ear to this very day which is really quite annoying.

The Second time that happened, when I was 10, i'm pretty sure I taught them some new words. Same damned ear too. And it's not like they stick out further than normal or something.
