She should have at least gone for the meal. I really wish the government didn't waist it's time with stupid **** like this. She was probably kidding and even if she wasn't I doubt it's a regular thing or had any link to a larger crime ring or pimp. I know there's a Nando's or two in the Washington DC area. Reading the page, I don't think they'd be able to do business here since there's tons of Portuguese chicken joints (like seventy in Astoria alone!) to compete with.
