I hate to perpetuate stereotypes, but it does look like they were all Asian. Perhaps they should stick to building cars, not driving them...

Oh, go ahead and rate me down you racists. Y'all are just trying to hold the black man down.

Oops, do over.

Hey while you're here Totem, would you be organizer for Assylum Christmas '011'?

Umm, what all is involved? Do I have to pair off secret Santas and hand out assignments for the office party like who brings cookies, the punch, napkins and the like? Or do I get to just rifle through the presents and pick out which ones I want for myself before distributing them to others?

Gimme details.

You have to write a story in which all the main characters resemble the asylum main characters (dont' be too literal with Almas character). A true organizer would delegate the task.

My first thought upon opening the article and seeing the mountain road with the wrecked cars was was "Someone was playing the Initial D soundtrack when that happened."

Ok, I accept. And for my first official act as Asylum Christmas Thread Organizer of 2011 I delegate the task of doing the story and organizing its' participants to...

...Elinda, who explained how to do it up right.
/dusts off his hands

Alrighty then. What other chores need doing? Smiley: grin

I need a bucket full of sleeping pills, a gallon of rum, fifty packs of extra-long noodles and an adult african elephant.

Oh, and some mistletoe.

I could write it but it would be disappointing and in turn reflect badly on you. I was hoping you could get your friend, Nobby, to return for a cameo appearance. I suppose though, he wouldn't even know what an Alma was. Smiley: frown

Someone needs to make a list.

I saved Nobby's Christmas Carol that he wrote a few years ago. I might try to find it later. It's on a disk somewhere.

Alternatively, you could've used the forum search feature. Just sayin'. Smiley: grin

Can anyone use that? It's not just for premium anymore? I really should pay more attention, I suppose.

It was a premium feature? I remembered certain type of searches were premium features. Now I feel silly that I don't remember.

Probably still better off with your copy. Looking back at it, it has weird special characters all over the place and broken forum code galore.

Still effing hilarious, otherwise. So many old school posters that are long gone now. Sheesh.

Break them into small pieces to get them through.

Heheh, I still have those opals in my possession waiting for me to get off my lazy butt and mail them to Thumbs if only could find or procure her mailing address.

As for sapphires, let me see if I can link or imbed a picture of Mrs. Totem's orange sapphire we mounted on a ring...

Hmm. No. Too bad, because it is stunning.
