Well, I told them in August, and they kept me through mid-November. All in all it went better then I expected.
And today they surprised me with a $4,000 check where they are paying me for 2 unused sick days and three weeks of unused vacation time. Which is going to be super helpful since we'll have rent and a mortgage to take care on one salary until I can find a job out there.
