All the polls pitting a generic republican against obama are tied.

(A) The same poll that used to show Obama losing to said "generic Republican" by eight points and now have Obama ahead by a point? Nice 9 point swing Smiley: smile
(B) Cain isn't a "generic Republican" but I understand why you'd want to use polls that don't mention him by name over those that do and show him losing in a landslide.

I just heard the "Generic Republican" bit on the news again today, and I thought to myself, gbaji would be their best bet ;)

I'd take him over Cain. Romney would be more of a toss up, but gbaji could sweeten the ticket with a Zam poster tax break methinks. Smiley: sly

proteinnguy,

You don't even know Cain. Liberals have told you enough to destroy any chance you might have had at keeping an open mind. I've listened to Cain sit in for Boortz on numerous occasions and that's why I know he's a good man and good leader that will be just what this country needs. He doesn't need a teleprompter to express his admiration for what the US has allowed him to achieve. And I can d*mn sure tell you he won't be telling the US people to shut and eat their peas or go to other countries and talk about how lazy americans have become.

Ask yourself what really qualified Obama for running this country? It's become fairly obivous he's in way over his head but you don't really care about that do you?

Businesses are terrified of another obama term and even more terrified of the effects obamacare will have on their bottom line.

Well for one, I'm not keen on overhauling the tax system of the country in a way that's revenue neutral. Seems like a waste of time and money. What's the point in that really? You're not changing the bottom line any. Or would you like to elaborate on the finer points I've missed? Besides I like having my burger from the dollar menu cost $1. Makes life easy. Smiley: smile

Were you laughing just as hard when big ear barry got caught ragging on israels pm to the french publicly?

No, but then the only people crying about that were GOPers in the US. The Israeli people shrugged it off as they've known for years that Netanyahu isn't popular abroad.

I am laughing though that you're so hard up to defend Cain's fumbles that you're trying to compare a hot mic moment to a scheduled interview where Cain didn't know the first thing they were asking about.

And coincidentally Rush was recently trying to pass off Sandusky's atrocious behavior on liberals. Varus is a chubby chaser.

Not to mention big ear barry has been a nightmare for US interests abroad.
Big ears? What, are you digging deep in the vault for insults now? It's not 2008.

And how have US interests been impacted so negatively? With the death of bin Laden, Gaddafi, and al-Awlaki? If Bush had managed to do that you'd probably be crying that his face isn't on the $100 bill yet.
