If the previous record was set in the term just before him then it's reasonable to assume the country was already in **** prior to him taking over. It's also worth noting that his record pace this year just happens to coincide with when the republicans took control in other segments of your government.

Yeah pretty much. But i'm pretty good at a few songs and that's really all I need right? I mean if I can jam on 20 memorized songs pretty well who really cares if that's all I know? Also, fortunately for me I know continuous practice with the right coaching (yes I do have a really hot piano instructor) makes all the difference. You know that whole GOP hardwork paying off mantra that I go on and on about.

Obama now holds the top two records for number of disasters claimed. So 2 out of his 3 yrs he's set a record for most disasters claimed.
