Quote:
MELBOURNE, Fla. - Dwarf tossing... It's on the minds of voters and representatives throughout the Sunshine State.

Rep. Ritch Workman (R-Melbourne) is fighting to get a state law banning dwarf tossing repealed, saying that it is not up to the state to decide who citizens can or cannot toss.

Workman says it's about not letting the government trample our individual liberties. He says if local governments want to ban dwarf tossing, fine, but the state government should not be involved in the issue.

So where do you toss your vote on this important issue?

I think it's kind of funny an article like that would be based in the very town that I live in.

I live in Melbourne, but I've never seen any dwarf folks, so I don't see the relevance.

International Appeal. Well, at least Canadian appeal.

Canadians would be too offended to watch it, but too polite to complain about it.

So that's where the ************* get the whole "punt the Tarutaru" joke from.

I think dwarf tossing falls under assault and battery, honestly.

Plus, if you hit one on the head with a stick, he turns into 40 gold coins.

But don't lose a fight to a dwarf, because then you become one too.

funny dwarf related story, <insert 6 degrees of separation>, this lady has a son who is autistic, apparently he is capable of being left on his own. Anyhow the other day she came home to her son freaking out about a troll he caught, and hid in closet. So the lady goes to the closet which has furniture in front of it and hears banging and screaming. After she opens the closet a dwarven Jehovah's Witness petitioner jumps out.

I nearly pissed myself when I hear this.

You clearly have little experience with wall weasels.

It's not assault and battery when you agree to do it and get paid for it. In Florida it is illegal for them to do it for entertainment. It was never legal to just grab a random dwarf off the street and start tossing him around.
