Link.

The show overstayed it's welcome and hasn't been worth watching for a long time now. Hopefully next on the chopping block is Family Guy.

I don't think I've ever seen one episode of that all the way through.

Should've ended a decade ago, but it still ranks as one of the best 4 or 5 shows ever, right?

It'll be interesting to see how they end it, at least.

I don't recall the last time I watched a new episode, it's been several years at least. I'll probably tune in for the final episode though.

I've watched the show ever since I was a little kid and my parents didn't like me watching it cause it was "bad"... (apparently Bart talking back to his parents was a big thing back in the 90s) I've been watching every new episode for the past few years. Sunday night, my TV is always tuned to Fox.

The current Simpsons sure isn't what it was, but it is better than most of the crap they throw on TV these days. What is going to air in that time slot? Another singing competition? Ooooo, maybe another watered down Family Guy spinoff (Dear Seth, your artistic credibility is shit at this point).

Lea Michelle can only get by looking like a 30 year old teenager for so long. Eventually, she needs to become a 30 year old college freshman.

I frankly was surprised to discover it was still on a few years ago. I can only remember one episode--the Edgar Allen Poe one.

I used to watch it all the time when I was a kid. Stopped when I went to college (must have been around season 7 or 8 ish), as I didn't really get any T.V. stations in the dorms. I've watched a couple episodes since, and caught the movie for old-time sake; but it wasn't the same. Really after Phil Hartman died it started going downhill; for me anyway.

Fox Orders Double D'ohs of the Simpsons.

You can't kill this sh*t.

Edit: Oh, and what will probably replace The Simpsons? This travesty.

Kill it with fire. I was never really a big Hannah Barbera fan in the first place, but this will be in a whole new league of awful.
