The black guy got on talking ****, and the white guy responded in a poor way. White dude actually got up and took himself out of the situation and was followed twice by the not very passive black gentleman, while both sides taunted each other. If anything, I'd say both parties were at fault.

Both were in the wrong. The white guy is racist, the black guy has anger problems. When the story first came out, it called the black man "a young thug." I seem to recall he's actually around 50 years old.
