When you came back, against my better judgement, we gave you a chance. You decided on several occasions to blow that, but the final straw came when you decided that topic spamming was a good idea. That, coupled with your many past indiscretions has led to your current banned state. You don't seem to be getting the message though. In part this is my fault since I let you create so many accounts in the past. We are however to the point where we are done with that.

So, that being said, please consider this your notification that any further account creation on the Zam.com forum system by yourself will result in a full formal complaint to your internet service provider will be dispatched to abuse@embarqservices.net (centurylink) detailing violations of their acceptable use policy (http://www.centurylink.com/Pages/AboutUs/Legal/AcceptableUse/acceptableUsePolicy.jsp) specifically the paragraphs regarding offensive materials and failure to abide by third party policies.

We will at that point request termination of your internet service account.

If you have any questions, I don't particularily care at this point, and they will be ignored.

Have a nice day!

You'd think he could see this coming, what with the thick rimmed fake glasses.

It's a show of force, and that he is super serious about the enforcement of the rules.

When one begins to resort to socks, proxies, VPNs, and unsecured networks to post on a forum, I have to wonder if it's really worth it. Doubly so when it's a forum where nobody wants you around.

Yeah, no, that didn't happen.

I think we can drop the threats and *********** It's too formal for our longstanding relationship, and we both know that I would have the advantage by way of proxies, VPNs, unsecured/public wifi, et cetera et cetera. At any rate I have better things to do, for now.

Regards,

not Proof.

PS <3

I RDP INTO A COMPUTER IN RUSSIA THAT VPNS INTO A NETWORK LOCATED IN BRAZIL WHICH BOUNCES ITS SIGNAL OFF OF THE LOW ORBIT COMM SATELLITES FROM WHENCE I USE A PROXY SERVER IN MY MOM'S BASEMENT AND I MAKE SURE THAT I SPOOF ALL MY IP ADDRESSES AND MAC ADDRESSES AND I USE TOR WHEN I LOG IN SO IM COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS!!!!!

Well sir, wave some **** at that.

Clearly this is a battle of internet wits. My money's on Kao.

I'm curious about the delay in this response though. Proof must have just gotten out again.

It's not in Kao's favor. He's right in the fact it's damn near impossible to stop someone from going to a website with the large amount of ways to get onto a different public ip. Can't ip ban all of them.

If you a willing to lose access to any legitimate accounts you have posted with before decideing to go spammer, sure. A brand new account, with no ties to anything, with a suitably experianced operator is very difficult to track down. But people are failable. Proxies are slow, so they get turned off at that crucial moment. Or people decide they want to brag. There are other aspects of account creation that I am not going to get into but are very useful for us when tracking an attack. In this case, I have Proof's IP address. I know what DSL modem service he uses, and I have sufficient documentation of past issues to ensure that when I make the formal abuse report here shortly, his service will be shut off and he will be blacklisted from that provider. There really aren't that many service providers in a given area, and mommy is going to be really pissed at proof when she discovers the internet doesn't work anymore...

Edit: there was supposed to be another post there. it isn't there though, sooo....

Proof, you failed to turn on your proxy if you were intending to indeed mask your IP. I have the one you used there, and I have your prior activity. You want to play hardball here? Alright, so be it. We'll do it the hard way.

Obviously not, if it took you this long to get back in just to post that.

You know, ISPs aren't in the habit of canceling the accounts of paying customers over internet forum bullying. Those "policies" are in place more to deal with commercial or legal interests. Just sayin...
