Actually you can't. If you did serve in the military and held a position that granted you access to classified information, you signed an NDA upon leaving that position. Just because you had a S/TS/SEI, doesn't mean you had access to any classified information you wanted. The whole "Need to know" deal. Running your mouth about information that has not been de-classified will land you in jail/fined/etc as a civilian "out of the business" as it would have while you were in that position.

Just FYI, you don't keep the TS/SEI rating. It gets down-graded once you leave the position that requires it. Your JPAS record will show you held those rating(s) at one time.
