Happy Friday, dorks.

What's been shakin' around here? What's on tap for the weekend?

I'm flying solo this week, with Mr. T away on business in Europe. We've had a busy week and the weekend promises more of the same. Our neighborhood pool opens so we'll be swimming, doing soccer, hitting the Farmer's Market and hanging out in the yard as much as we can. Supposed to be kinda rainy this weekend. Balls!

Right at this moment I'm contemplating going outside and picking all them dandelions I see shining out on our big work lawn, and then attempting to make some dandelion wine.

I must get some plants into garden this weekend, though it's predicted to be wet. Sunday my sons girlfriend, fresh home from school, is coming over for bbq.

If it is too rainy I'd like to go see a movie - it's been a bit since I've been to the theater. Any suggestions?

Bring a camcorder, let someone know where you are and have them come get the camera off your dead body on Monday, so we can watch the massacre that always follows lake camping of teenagers.

I will be working through the weekend. However, it's worth it as it helps me to save money for my vacation this summer.

Tonight my husband and I have tickets to see Young Frankenstein at TPAC. Tomorrow and Sunday I'll be trying to finish my 20-30 page Econ audit that is due on Tuesday.

Was going to work at a yard sale but it's being held back a few weeks due to storms. So instead of waking up at the ungodly hour of 5 AM I plan on staying in PJs for as long as I can tomorrow while sleeping in until the kids start using me as a trampoline. After that, we're going to hit up the Super Hero event at a local museum, let Ashe run around the city as Batman, throw in some errands, gaming, and call it a normal weekend

Aww, color me jealous. I saw The Producers when it was on Broadway and it was great. I want to see Young Frankenstein.

Girlfriend is going home to study for finals, and I'll be doing the same. Next weekend will be a lot nicer.

While I'm not normally superstitious, I have generally disliked Friday 13ths. Today though was pretty good - so far. I had to go to Albany for work, but the laptop motherboard replacement was pretty much successful. And the repair shop had good news - my car isn't completely dead; just needs to fix the pulleys and replace the battery instead of the original diagnosis of a blown engine.

I just got home from Cleveland and Pittsburgh, where the weather was awesome, and now I'm back home and it's cold and miserable. Also I'm leaving on a camping trip anyway, so that should be fun.

I just got back from my root canal. Or should I say "partial, awaiting completeion 20 days from now due to complications" root canal. They did all the painful bits today though. On the way there, one of my tail lights apperently burned out, and the fine officers of Ridgefield, WA were quick to point that out to me and issue a citation.

Quite frankly, I've had better friday the 13ths.

Missed rush hour..YES! though someone yelled at me on the highway for not speeding fast enough..
Heading to the range in a bit to finally play with the new toy. Let's hope I put it back together properly.
Picking up new car tomorrow since my old(new) car got totaled on 95N last month.
Might try to hunt down some strings for banjo and resonating guitar as I've finally destroyed the strings on both and have no easy way to get my groove on musically and not **** off neighbors..
Other than that try to get some exercise and maybe try to **** off some athiests on here

:D

It certainly sucks not having an avatar anymore..hmmm NAH

If you can't put an M4 together, you might as well just have someone shoot you.

working now, have a couple things to finish before the end of the day

Tonight going for dinner at my gf's friend's house

tomorrow - MASSIVE MOST AWESOME BOOK SALE OF THE YEAR. One of the local papers holds a book sale to raise money for literacy every year and it has a lot of generally awesome books for cheap. I plan to line up at 6 am tomorrow so I can be one of the first people in.

other than that, I dunno.
