Yay for me? I am curious what Varus will turn out to be. My money is on him somehow breaking the quiz and creating a darker red to cover his quirks.

Edit: I looked at Main-Street Republicans and one of their tid-bits they had was 24% of them follow NASCAR racing. Made me smile. :D

Solid Liberal, apparently. Although I wouldn't agree with the statement that I'm "Strongly pro-government". Whenever politics comes up I spend a good deal of time trying to convince people we need political reform in the UK. Ah well.

You wouldn't agree because you don't understand what it's saying. Advocating stronger regulation, of any kind, and broader "safety net" social programs requires a stronger, more intrusive government. Being in favor of that makes you pro-government. strongly in favor of that sort of thing makes you strongly pro-government. Whether you like the government or not is immaterial.

Post Modern for me.

Accurate enough description, though I can't say that I like the title. "Post Modern" is such a misnomer.

I saw on the news today that you get to vote for a reform on how the voting process works today, what did you vote?
To me, the current system you have seems to be inadequate with a multiple party system but the proposed changes make it needlessly complicated and cumbersome. If I had to choose I wouldn't know what to vote on that.

If I were American, I'd be ashamed to refer to myself as a Republican as well. So, again, fits well.

I voted for it. The proposed system is far from ideal, but I believe if it passes it will open up the door for further reform. My ideal voting system would be along the lines of Proportional Representation, which is what the Liberal Democratic Party proposed in it's manifesto. We're reduced to the proposed system because of Conservative party interference.

I do hope it opens the door to a better reform although I suspect that the conservatives will brag about how they "fixed" the voting system if it comes through.

But all in all it's an improvement. (from what I know of the British political system anyway)

It will be an improvement. That's if it passes. The Conservatives have thrown a lot of propaganda at it, claiming it'll give parties like the BNP or UKIP more seats. My counter to that is, so what? It's better than pretending we have a two party system and convincing the population that we do.

The point isn't to ask perfect questions though, the point is to analyse people. Do the quiz and see if it succeeds in doing that. Remember this aren't the same kind of questions you'd ask someone to personally figure them out. I'd be curious to see your result.

Oh and I'm post modern.

The right doesn't want a 2 party system. Not if the left has 2 parties and one is stealing some votes from the other. It helps keep them weaker. If we were a 2 party system in Canada, after this last election, we'd all be ****** and the country would be decked out in orange. Who the **** wants orange as a colour?

Really though. If the test was tailored to individuals, Alma would get classified as an idiot. He can't get that on this test. He should be all over it as a result.

That was awesome. But then, I beleive contempt was shown by all, not just one. The refusal to work together was more than just one party.
