Well, nothing too nice then...maybe some gift from an aunt or something...especially if there will be surveillance video. "See! I wore your Christmas sweater all the time! Shame about it really..."

As a conservative forum poster, I think what has happened here is terrible. We need smaller forum government; if liberal posters like gbaji had their way, I couldn't poke fun at someone's weight without big brother sticking their nose in it. And was anyone surprised at the frivolous lawsuit brought wasting time and money that could be spent on improving the site. These are the things we conservatives just won't tolerate, unless it is to our benefit.

At the very least, we need some sort of forum tort reform so when whiny pansies get all bent out of shape, they can't ruin the forums with their threats.

I think we need to create a new forum, so that the more sensitive posters don't have to worry about everyone being so mean in their own forum. The other forum could be a no holds barred forum for deep OOT discourse. Not for the faint of heart.

Since the username "Gbaji" isn't a person, "Gbaji" could not file suit in any court, anywhere.

But if the person behind the username Gbaji decided to change it to his/her/it's legal name, well that's a different story.

Kudos to everyone who's username isn't Gbaji, Varrus, Thiefx, or Kaolin for making this thread entertaining, though.

Honestly, rape is too offensive and inflammatory a term to allow on even this forum. It should definitely be filtered to automatically be replaced with another word, like gbaji.

So Barkingturtle is banned...somehow I don't see it as that huge of a loss.

Quote:

Actually my point was liberals are leaving us open to attack so when we're attacked i'd rather they hit a major bastion of liberalism seeing how they're the ones who left us open.

Of course that's all a moot point now that they have one of their own running the US and sabotaging it from within.

First off, no one has left your country open to attack. Aside from the war of 1812, there have been two attacks on US soil, 60 years apart.

Secondly, he may not be a very good president, but he's not a terrorist, or a muslim, or an arab. He is an american with a "wierd" name.

Third, the more you talk like this, the more you sound like a ****, just you hate arabs and muslims instead of jews and gypsies.

His reasons don't really matter at this point I suppose.

Every time you remove an account that big, it's like removing a large diseased tree from the middle of a structured gardena rrangement. You hate to see the whole it leaves, but it has to be done. Even if you personally found that tree distasteful, you don't want to remove it because you don't know what repercussions that action may have. But you know at the same time if you leave it, the rot will spread and destroy the very thing you wish to protect.

I gave him too many chances in the end. I do that sometimes. I should have ended it back when I wrote this in his profile page:

When it comes to issueing a ban, in the end, I never, ever bluff.

Am I the only one who is sad Kao didn't sign this post with "Administrator Kaolian"?
