All the polls (9 of them taken on the 6th) showed Obama ahead anywhere from 1-12 points so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Sky News says:

Hilary 40%,

Obama 35%

They didn't use the phrase 'niggrah child abuser', but I took the inference.

Meh. getting near 20%. It's a "loss" for Obama unless there's a dramatic turnaround. Then he's the comeback brother!

Has he diss'd your mother yet?

It's nowhere near matrimonial debate until that happens.

He came into the family room, where I am tapping away at my laptop while keeping an eye on CNN, and I gave him the Roman Emperor's universal sign of Lose, and he retaliated by peevishly informing me that "my guy" was even further behind than his guy.

It's true, but at least my guy doesn't have ridiculous monkey-ears.

Really? I wonder if he was worried more about the backlash, or about the HIPAA violation, or more about his licensure lapse seeing the light of day.

I think all media outlets are going to be surprised by these results, as they all seemed to predict the wrong guy.

I guess the other 49 primaries might actually matter. Who'd a thunk it?

Really? You think they'll be surprised if the person losing in the polls wins it? That'd be shocking.

Thanks for the deep insight.

I like McCain best out of the Pubbies. He's a dolt, but his staff is excellent. I can also handle his immigrations stance better than the other two dolts.

In the "Hope Springs Eternal" department, most of the southern & central precincts are just starting to roll in and Obama is doing better in those than in the north.

Some of those northern precincts are a joke. A total of 30 votes for both parties and stuff. Of course, I'm sure there's central/southern Illinois precincts which are the same.

Me too. He's the only one of the Republicans that I wouldnt' feel absolutely sick about becoming president. There was a time when I might have voted for him.

Smash thinks he's too old and will become delusional and start bombing random countries and embarrass us all with incontinence and demands for Mexico to "get off our lawn", but I think he's pretty together for an old guy.

Well, yeah. I mean he's still going to win. Just not "win".

Oh wait, I jinxed him again. ****.

Either way he's got SC locked up.

McCain's greatest strength and biggest issue is his rock-solid willpower. If he felt a doody poking cotton, he would force that sucker to retreat by sheer dogged determination.
