FUcking weak jurors.

Life sentence.

Mussoui (spl) was given life in prison, not the death penalty, at 4:30 EST today.

I just don't appreciate that Americans are going to be housing and feeding the cnut through our taxes for the rest of his life.

My guess is that they will have to keep him pretty much confined to avoid what will inevitably happen.

He'll be in punk city for a while I'd imagine, so I doubt he'll be getting killed anytime soon. I'm interested in how the rest of the world will react to the verdict, if they give a **** anyway.

I don't believe for one second that this was a real trial. This guy wanted the glory and Bush needed a face for the American people to attach the blame to. Now they have one so Bush looks like he's actually put a terrorist responsible for 9/11 behind bars. Pathetic really. Propaganda FTW!

I really wish I could argue you on that point...but could they have found a bigger moron? I feel like this is they type of guy who robs the bank he frequents, with no mask and no plan. Oh well, whatever...at least one more psycho is out of the general pop.

I'd send him back to his country with a couple of C4's strapped to his chest and detonate him in front of everyone. >_>

I'd imagine that's worse to him, he has to wait for his seventy-odd virgins.

I'm not sure if you're American, but they don't.. credit the Bush administration here. Disscention is the cool thing to do, since you can question so much that no one with a life has time to answer you, here in the great States.

Anyhow, so none of the idiots will be crediting Bush with a terrorist being caught. None of the intelligent people will, either, since this really doesn't have much to do with Bush.

I mean, propanganda? Com'n man. The President has nothing to do with this trial, nor has he ever. He didn't catch the man, order him caught, try him, convict him, or pee in that guy's general direction.

Would have been pretty amusing and keeping with this administration's policies if they had executed him not for killing anyone, but thinking *real hard* about wanting to.

The guy's a nutjob. He was about as involved in Al Queda as Gbaji is in the KKK. I mean, there's a connection, sure, but neither one was very important to either organization.

Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

I'm sure that the French government would thank you for that!

It's been on our news in the UK all day. My only real opinion on it is that I am pleased that you guys decided to have a trial before you locked this one up. That isn't really the fashion at the moment in the US as far as I am lead to believe. At least this way you show the legal process working, regardless of what politics might be behind it. Detaining possible terrorists indefinately without trial is just letting them win imo.

Edit: Oh I can't spell, don't know why I even try!

That actually sort of happened to my fiancee back when she worked at a small bank (with only two branches). Some guy came in masked, robbed one branch, then went over to the other branch and desposited it.
