You are correct, Sir. Also payday for me. Smiley: grin

Wish I didn't feel like my intestines were about to come bursting out my throat at any second. Being sick at work sucks.

Tomorrow is Thursday. I bet you didn't know that.

My kids count days in sleeps. If Neph counted days in sleeps he'd be 200 years old. I can see where the problem with the day of the week comes in for you there buddy. Hang in there.

Tomorrow is Thursday.

My keen and unfailing powers of prescience see that you will still be a complete vag of a republican.

Amazing huh?

This entire week has been a blur. I get to work, have dozens of plans for things to do and then end up with so many extra tasks coming out of nowhere that everything gets pushed back. Since I have a long commute home and I'm salaried, I plan to take work home, but my boss, who loves her a 3pm meeting, lets the meeting go half an hour over my out-time and I end up on the road 33% longer, having to cook when I get home because I'm starving by then, and then having 20 min to relax before I start working from home. I pass out about 10 after fighting sleep for an hour just on the principle of it, and I get up at 6am the next day feeling like I've slept not at all.

I can't wait until the weekend. Maybe I'll work out tonight and then take a hot bath.

I do get my drugs tomorrow though, that should be interesting.

I got my official "You're a Narcoleptic" award yesterday. They are putting me on Provigil. Should be an interesting week. I've done pretty well without it, so we'll see how it goes.

Funny thing is that they don't even ask. So, you potentially have 200,000 Americans with narcolepsy driving around there and nothing ot determine the safety of their driving.

Just asking cause I guy I know was diagnosed narcoleptic and right off the bat they were determing whether he could drive or not. He ended up being unable which was crap since he had just purchased a new truck.

Oh. They didn't even mention the possibility of losing my license. One determinant is was my average-to-rem sleep time. I averaged about 3 minutes. I suppose that a severe case that involved incidents of passing out would warrant losing it.

My uncle was diagnosed after a couple of episodes and he is still able to drive.
That's freakin ****** though, there is no cure for narcolepsy. He's basically screwed for the rest of his life then isn't he?

His girlfriend drives him around. That or he gets friends to drive his truck around with him in it.
