I saw a bit of him on collegehumor.com, it was ok, there was something about it I didn't care for but I'm sure others will eat it up like sweet sweet candy. I heard everyone there hated him and ol'bush wasn't to happy either.
Personally...I can't stand the guy. Like an American version of Ali G - idiocy like that is just not amusing. I'd always walk away during his bits on The Daily Show and end up missing the rest of it. Getting his own show was as dumb and pointless as Joey getting his own show.

I imagine you'd have felt the same way about Lenny Bruce, Andy Kaufman, and Bill Hicks.

Lenny Bruce was ahead of his time, but not terribly funny. Good on him for being a visionary.
Andy Kaufman was bizarre, but could usually be counted on for a laugh.
Bill Hicks was just another liberally bent junky with a microphone.
