Kelvy I just travelled down to NC and stopped on the way in Baltimore for dinner. It took us 5.5 hours and that was going over the George Washington Bridge in NYC. Add an extra 30 min if you drive around the city.

I could have sworn I drove from here to Gloucester in 5 or so hours.... but everyone tells me that that's impossible.
and that was driving through NYC which was an extra 45 minutes being stuck at the toll plaza.

We're leaving at some ungodly hour in the morning anyway,, we should be fine. I still need to get my tune-up and possibly pick up some new tires.

as long as youre clear of NYC around rush hour traffic, you'll be golden. YOu can basically take 95 the whole way to Boston. And yeah, while you could have possibly made it to Gloucester in 5 hours, I think it would be safer to say 5.5/6... and you had to have been speeding faster than I do.

Which one?

Taking the Geo sucks. I always take the Tapanzee when travelling south. For the record I made it from NE CT to Myrtle Beach in just under 13 hours.

It also happened to be the same weekend that an airliner crashed right into the harbor or somthing.... that must have sucked.

We went up during Halloween to visit Salem.

Salem at Halloween rocks! If you can get in. Its one of those things where you almost have to park yourself there for the weekend, or deal with 3 hour backups on 128. Sadly, Salem is not off the highway. Been once, and I'd love to do it again. Salem in general is one of my favorite towns to check out

I've done the Baltimore-Boston trip in 7 hours and I've done it in 10 hours. It all depends on traffic and how lost you get in Boston itself =P

I hope you all have a great time and that there might be some threads to read after, detailing some kind of hilarious drunken event that had happened.

Or at least some kind of fun story to read?

I still believe it's going to end up like this
