I used to have a daycare provider who'd go into the thing of wipes, grab a handful, and use them to wipe my kid's *** as if she was washing a car. I got tired of buying a new tub of wipes every three days and finally would just send my kid off with a tub that had about 7-10 wipes in it each morning.

You gotta use the diaper to wipe off the worst of it, then do minor clean up with wipes, and keep re-folding them.
Edit to say that they sell wipes at the dollar store.

You can use cloth diapers since they'll always be cleaned and you don't have to pay for dog food!! Think of all of the money he can save!!
You could even put a diaper on the dog and it could be a never ending cycle of cleanliness!
