Um... What about the other other 5%? Huh? You think of them? No. I think not... ;)

Grats btw! Kids are great. Especially other people's kids cause you get to experience the whole child thing by proxy but don't have to deal with the clean up (yes. I have *tons* of neices and nephews...). :)

As long as you're not going the Pilot Apple Audio Science route, I doubt we would laugh.

We know you love your kids so why would we think you saddle them with something that would guarantee a schoolyard ass-kicking?

Edit: Clarification

Ooooh, baby. Congrats!! I am sure you are very excited. I am picking up on baby fever and may have to try for one of my own when Mr. Kat returns from overseas (yah, that makes sense, just as I lose the medical insurance and we become starving college students. Ah well).

Congo rats on teh impending babyness! Have you decided what you are going to name it yet? and may I bw so bold as to suggest Xander II if not? I could get "have pregnant lady name kid Xander II" crossed off my list then, that would be a big help!

Grats Lady DSD!
Kids are so cute when they are young, guess thats why parents fall in love with 'em.

Good thing too, cause they grow up and turn into mouthy-teenagers, and if they didn't have that going for 'em, you'ld have to kill 'em, just on principal.

My 4 yr old already is. He's had his own computer since Xmas. He only gets to use it for an hour a day, but we have his favorite websites linked for him and he can easily surf the web. He is also into MMO's. Plays around on my account for WoW and EQ2, and has his own Disney MMO geared for his age

At four!? All hail the Kwisatz Haderach. He will usher in an age of developers that will make games the likes of which we will spend all of our money on!

That "Tune Town Toons" or something like that? I think I played a demo of it at the Imginerring place in epcot when they were first testing it a few years ago.

Anyway, nice to hear some people aren't so afraid the entarweb won't eat their babies.

yup, thats the one. He loves it. And the kids a whiz at the computer, but he gets it naturally. With a mom and dad who love the net, and a grandmother who also plays MMOs, hes been around it enought to pick up on the nuances of the net. Also, we created his pc so he can only go to sites we approve of. Works well. He has free reign, we dont worry

"Stephen Harper Eats Babies. Stephen Harper Eats Babies. Stephen Harper Eats Babies," started to appear every three seconds across some LED screens late last week. The signs usually carry transit updates and advertising spots.

"We regret that it happened and we're sorry if anybody was offended, including the prime minister," Sorensen said.

I dont think the real answer is "a bun in the oven".
The real answer is...drum roll please....the point (as in the point of a story, etc.) Basically, most of you didn't get it either.

I'll give you the same advice I give to every parent to be.

Say each name out loud.

Now come up with as many rude or silly rhymes as you can for it.

Stumped? Ding ding ding! We have a winnah!

Of course, my grandfather's name, Florian, would come out as a winner by the above standard, so what do I know?

I wish you an easy pregnancy and hearty congratulations. Smiley: yippee
