A 32-year-old special education teacher in McHenry County is accused of giving alcohol to minors, having sexual contact with one teenager and body piercing two others.

I think if the student is 18 there isn't a problem. Being 17 is obviously a problem since they are underage. But in that cast it doesn't matter if they are a student or not.
